Intensive Days Workshop (1)

Intensive Days’ is a three-day process (led by Jazmin Medrano and) developed by renowned coach Nicole Ehrenberg, a celebrated professional in her field with over 30 years experience. The process is based in written reflection in tandem with individual micro-sessions with the trained facilitator.

It aims at identifying and questioning hindering beliefs; “I’m not good enough”, “Everyone else is more important than me”, "I can't find love" or “I'm always stressed out”. These are limitations we set for ourselves which can be altered via a deep study of self and implementation of new practices. ‘Intensive Days’ begins to shine light on why we hold onto thought patterns and behaviors that restrain our freedom and self-confidence. These beliefs cause stress and trouble in all areas of life, from relationships to career, causing us to live unfulfilled, even painful, lives.

The objective of this workshop is to dissolve and reverse beliefs so that we “get out of our own way”, putting aside these anxieties and doubts in order to lead an authentic, more enjoyable life. Clearing away the subconscious barriers will make room for one’s true self to shine. As the name already implies, it is an intensive but highly effective process with positive side effects.

With the help of a carefully crafted series of questions, we unveil how our individual belief systems solidified themselves throughout our lives, and how they fundamentally affect our actions and decisions.

This workshop will be kept to a maximum of 4 participants.

About Jazmin Medrano (from Unfettered Living):

Jazmin has an inviting quality, one that gives space for people to go to depths within themselves. She has an empathetic and intuitive approach, whilst also using her radar of mental trickery to get her clients on track. She gives space for anything to emerge, since in her perspective, there is no right or wrong, there is only what is [what is vs. your story about what is].

Her lively and entrepreneurial spirit supports individuals and companies to become aware of their limitations, and unleash their innate potential.

Prior to coaching, she worked at Universal Music in LA and Miami for 8 years with numerous artists across the US and Latin America, spearheading an array of digital [transformation], sales, & marketing initiatives. Jazmin studied at California State University of Northridge in Business Administration: Marketing, as well as Philosophy. She completed a coaching course and has participated in numerous workshops and training courses to expand and be able to better support her clients.
