We all face challenges and limitations at some point in our life. But what exactly creates them? Why is it that we often experience the same things over and over again? Be it stress, same patterns in relationships, or jobs (ex: always experiencing having an overpowering boss, continuously feeling like you’re not being seen, being proven that you aren’t good enough no matter how hard you try).
Is it really that that’s just the way life is and we just have to accept the status quo and not look at the deep rooted cause? And how do we move forward in life whilst not letting our limitations stop us from doing so?
In this intro workshop, we will look into the above mentioned and gain some awareness on what creates our reality and experiences, both in personal and professional life. This will lead us to look into what our beliefs are (our belief system), as our beliefs create the reality we experience. And will identify and question how limiting beliefs (such as “I’m not good enough”, “I need to work hard to succeed”, “I’m not worthy”) are true barriers which inhibit our ability and freedom to experience ourselves as we truly are and move forward in life towards our potential.
